1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SweepAlgo (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users globally, including those accessing the Platform from outside the United States.

2. Description of Service

SweepAlgo is a financial analytics platform that provides gamma exposure analysis, options flow data, live market scanners, trading alerts, and related educational tools (“Services”). SweepAlgo is operated by SweepAlgo LLC, a United States-based company.

Our Services include the following subscription tiers:

• Analysis Only — Daily gamma exposure reports and market analysis delivered digitally
• Full Platform Access — Complete access to all platform features including live scanners, heatmaps, alerts, and analytics tools
• Add-on Features — Optional premium features available for additional fees

3. Not Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: SweepAlgo provides market data, analysis tools, and educational content for informational purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should not rely on any information provided by SweepAlgo as a basis for making financial decisions.

All trading and investment decisions are made at your own risk. Past performance of any analysis or signal is not indicative of future results. Trading options and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Payment

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are processed through ThriveCart, which connects to Stripe and PayPal as payment processors. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

4.2 Founding Member Pricing

Founding Member pricing is offered at a locked-in rate for the first group of subscribers. This rate is guaranteed for the lifetime of your active subscription. If you cancel your Founding Member subscription, the locked-in rate will not be reinstated upon resubscription.

4.3 Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. SweepAlgo does not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at SweepAlgo’s sole discretion.

4.4 Price Changes

SweepAlgo reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days’ written notice before any price change takes effect. Founding Members with locked-in pricing are exempt from standard price increases.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account access with others. Each subscription is for a single user only. SweepAlgo reserves the right to terminate accounts found sharing access. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any data, analysis, or content from the Platform
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Platform
• Share login credentials or account access with any third party
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s infrastructure or security

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including gamma analysis methodologies, algorithms, heatmaps, reports, and educational materials, is the intellectual property of SweepAlgo LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Third-Party Data

SweepAlgo uses market data provided by third-party providers including Polygon.io. The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data is not guaranteed. SweepAlgo is not responsible for errors or interruptions in third-party data feeds.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SWEEPALGO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWEEPALGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by local law.

12. International Users

SweepAlgo is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws. SweepAlgo makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.

13. Modifications to Terms

SweepAlgo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Termination

SweepAlgo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease immediately.
